By accessing and using MyntBit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

MyntBit LLC ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for quantitative finance training, interactive Python coding exercises, and trading competitions. These Terms govern your use of all features and services.

2. Service Description

MyntBit provides educational tools and competitive experiences for learning quantitative finance:

• Interactive Python training exercises for quant skills development
• Three career tracks: Developer (C++), Researcher (Python), and Trader
• Progress tracking, achievements, and leaderboards
• Trading competitions with simulated portfolios (coming soon)
• Premium content and features for subscribers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit malicious code or attempt to exploit our systems
• Share solutions publicly or plagiarize others' work
• Use automated tools to game leaderboards or competitions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer our code execution environment
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Payment Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice
• You authorize recurring charges for your subscription plan
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you believe you're entitled to a refund.

6. Trading Competitions

Trading competitions use simulated portfolios with virtual funds:

• No real money is involved in trading activities
• Competition rules and prizes are at our sole discretion
• We may disqualify participants for rule violations or suspicious activity
• Simulated performance does not guarantee real-world results
• Prize eligibility may have geographic or age restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MyntBit—including questions, solutions, course materials, and branding—is owned by MyntBit LLC and protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share our training content without permission. Your code submissions remain your intellectual property, but we may use anonymized solutions for educational purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy of all educational content
• Employment outcomes from completing our training

MyntBit is an educational platform. Nothing we provide constitutes financial or investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyntBit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any decisions made based on our educational content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
